• 7+ years managing content production within corporate/agency environments.
• Experience coordinating with international and regional peers.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and own project resourcing for all projects, including assignments and capacity.
• Own client-side creative briefs and manage design reviews, decisions, issues and actions.
• Lead client communications and presentations on scope and alignment.
• Coordinate planning for GEOs and maintain up-to-date scope and deadlines.
• Foster global coordination with other GEOs and optimize workflows.
• Ensure high-quality content production and effective stakeholder communication.
• Balance priorities and negotiate resource assignments within the team.
