Job summary

Kuailu Software in Singapore is seeking an experienced AI compute infrastructure lead to oversee data center readiness, GPU server deployment, and cluster operations for global AI workloads.

You will drive procurement, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization for large-scale GPU infrastructure, with emphasis on GPU architecture, networking, power, and cooling. International travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Experience in AI compute infrastructure, GPU servers, data centers, cloud infra or HPC.
• Experience in GPU procurement, supplier management and deployment.
• Knowledge of GPU server architecture, networking, power and cooling.
• Strong PM, negotiation and cost optimization skills.
• Experience deploying large-scale GPU clusters for AI training or inference preferred.
• Willing to travel internationally as required.

• Infrastructure Operations: Manage GPU cluster operations, maintenance, monitoring, incident response, and compute resource scheduling.
• Cost & Performance Optimization: Optimize GPU utilization, infrastructure reliability, and overall compute costs.

• Strong project management, negotiation, and cost optimization skills.
• Experience deploying large-scale GPU clusters for AI training or inference is preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
