Job summary

Fugro Singapore Marine Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Lead - Drilling Operations to lead and train offshore drillers, ensuring high-quality geotechnical data and samples in line with industry standards and company procedures.

The role spans onshore and offshore work, across the APAC region with opportunities for global travel. You will manage competency frameworks, coordinate planning, and drive improvements in drilling systems while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years offshore geotechnical drilling experience.
• Experience with seabed data acquisition and sampling systems.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train drilling personnel in offshore operations.
• Ensure quality geo-data collection and adherence to standards.
• Coordinate planning, recruitment support, and equipment upgrades.
• Oversee compliance with procedures, WI’s, and corporate guidelines.
• Act as SME for APAC drilling equipment and troubleshooting.
