Job summary

NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced senior Business Analyst to lead AI/GenAI and data project analyses in a regulated financial tech environment.

You will gather requirements, document process flows, and translate needs into scalable technology solutions while collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and architects. Strong governance and change management experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Solution Design, or Product Management within IT.
• At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML, GenAI, data analytics, or related technologies.
• Experience working with AI tools and platforms such as Microsoft OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Power Platform, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and cloud technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for AI/GenAI and data projects.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Identify and evaluate AI and data use cases, including automation, predictive analytics, and GenAI solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and architects to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Support AI governance, risk management, compliance, and ethical AI practices.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, user adoption, training, and change management initiatives.
• Monitor solution performance and recommend continuous improvements.
