Job summary

nSearch Global is partnering with a leading Asia-Pacific organization to recruit a Business Analyst focused on AI initiatives. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify GenAI opportunities and translate needs into clear specifications.

You will plan and monitor AI projects, assess outcomes, and support governance and ethics for AI-powered features. A background in data analytics, ML concepts, and proficiency with Python and SQL is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields with 5+ years experience will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
• Familiarity with data analysis and querying tools such as Python, R, SQL.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and data visualization methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate technical proficiency and apply industry best practices when supporting AI-related initiatives and project delivery.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and support opportunities for AI adoption across business processes and functions.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications for AI-related solutions.
• Support the planning and delivery of AI initiatives by developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, resource requirements, and risk assessments.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment on project objectives, deliverables, and expected outcomes.
• Monitor, assess, and report on the performance and effectiveness of implemented AI solutions, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and support the integration of GenAI capabilities - including LLMs, AI-assisted workflows, and prompt engineering into data science products and enterprise platforms
• Support the responsible adoption of GenAI within MAS’s governance and risk frameworks, ensuring ethical use, explainability, and auditability of AI-powered features
• Collaborate effectively with Production Engineering (PE) and Data Science (DS) teams to deliver enterprise data science platforms (EDSPs) and enterprise grade data science products
• Work with DS and PE teams to scope, pilot, and scale GenAI-powered product features, translating business needs into AI product requirements and success metrics
