HoYoverse is seeking a partnerships and business development professional in Singapore to lead brand partnership initiatives across FMCG, retail and non-endemic partners. You will identify, pitch, negotiate, and close deals while coordinating with global teams.

The role requires at least 3 years in brand partnerships or IP licensing, fluency in English and Chinese, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a solid business sense for licensing contracts. Travel to events may be required.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or IP licensing, preferably within gaming, entertainment, FMCG, retail, or agency environments.
• High level of professional proficiency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written) is required. You must be comfortable presenting to external international partners in English and working with HQ internal teams in Chinese.
• Proven track record of closing and managing cross-industry brand collaborations, especially in FMCG (F&B, lifestyle) or Retail chains.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Good business acumen with a solid understanding of commercial terms and licensing contracts.
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and comfortable working across matrixed teams.
• Passion for gaming and familiarity with HoYoverse titles and ACG culture.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, pitch, negotiate, and close commercial brand partnerships with leading brands in FMCG and Retail, and other non-endemic partners as the need arises.
• Manage existing client relationships transitioned into your portfolio and explore new collaboration opportunities.
• Work closely with Shanghai teams, global branding, legal, and regional BD teams to align on creative concepts, contract terms, and project milestones.
• Formulate business proposals, evaluate commercial deal terms (minimum guarantees, royalties, co-marketing budgets), and build solid business cases.
• Oversee partner campaign execution alongside internal teams to ensure asset quality, IP guideline compliance, and timely delivery.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, licensing expos, and partner meetings as needed.
