Job summary

A Singapore-based fintech group is seeking an experienced FX trader to execute and manage trading strategies supporting cross-border payments and digital asset flows. This is a full-time onsite role located in Singapore/Hong Kong.

You will monitor market trends, optimize pricing, manage FX exposure, collaborate with treasury, payments and product teams, and maintain relationships with liquidity providers. 5–10+ years of FX trading experience required.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of FX trading experience in banks, fintechs, or trading firms.
• Strong understanding of G10 and Asian currency markets.
• Experience with electronic trading platforms and liquidity aggregation.
• Knowledge of digital assets/crypto markets is a strong plus.
• Strong quantitative and decision-making skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Execute FX trades (spot, forwards, swaps) to support liquidity and hedging.
• Monitor market trends, volatility, and macro indicators.
• Optimize pricing and spreads for cross-border transactions.
• Manage FX exposure and hedging strategies.
• Collaborate with treasury, payments, and product teams.
• Maintain relationships with liquidity providers and counterparties.
• Ensure adherence to risk limits and internal controls.
