Job summary

You will lead business development by researching opportunities, managing a robust sales pipeline, and coordinating with product and marketing teams to tailor offerings for corporate clients. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in International FX Payments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Mandarin language proficiency required due to client/stakeholder interactions
• Proficiency in dealing with Renminbi currencies for Chinese clients

Responsibilities

• Manage product and sales enquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow up with customers to advance sales activities and close deals
• Generate sales leads through outreach and outreach methods
• Maintain and review a sales pipeline to monitor progress and forecast outcomes
• Prepare sales proposals by capturing necessary customer information
• Coordinate onboarding by following up on documentation and SLAs
• Monitor ongoing account utilization to identify growth opportunities
• Stay informed on competitive landscape to inform product strategy
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to enhance offerings
• Translate business needs into product requirements with product/tech teams
• Support marketing efforts by planning strategies, budgets, and activities
• Perform other duties to support growth and excellence
