Job summary

APAR TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced ERP Architect Lead to drive functional solution architecture for ERP platforms including Workday Financials.

You will design and configure ERP solutions aligned with complex business requirements and partner with finance, procurement, and operations across the organization. You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee integrations, reporting, and extensions while ensuring solution quality, performance, and alignment with business

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in ERP/solutions architecture.
• Strong experience with Workday Financials and ERP modules.
• Knowledge of integrations, reports, and extensions across ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional solution architecture for ERP platforms, incl. Workday Financials.
• Design and configure ERP solutions based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional solution architecture for ERP platforms, including Workday Financials.

• Design and configure ERP solutions based on business requirements.

• Work across finance, procurement, projects, banking settlement, and related business functions.

• Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and system extensions.

• Manage project activities and guide functional teams.

• Ensure solution quality, system performance, and alignment with business needs.

• Work with stakeholders to resolve functional and technical issues.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of relevant experience; candidates with more than 20 years of experience are outside the specified range.

• Strong experience with Workday Financials.

• Experience in functional solution architecture and ERP implementation.

• Knowledge of relevant ERP functional modules, such as:

  • Workday: Financial Accounting, Customers, Procurement, Business Assets, Banking Settlement, and Projects.

  • SAP: FICO, MM, and PP.

  • Oracle: AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, PO, and OM.

• Understanding of integrations, report development, and system extensions.

• Ability to manage projects and lead teams.

• PMP certification is an advantage.
