Job summary

R Systems seeks an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to lead ERP transformation and implementation engagements across Singapore and the APAC region.

The role emphasizes requirements gathering, solution design, data migration, testing, and go-live activities while advising on finance, procurement, and supply chain processes. Strong leadership and stakeholder facilitation are essential.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of overall IT and consulting experience.
• At least 7 years of hands-on Business Central or Dynamics NAV experience.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end ERP implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge across finance and supply-chain processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience working with Singapore business requirements is advantageous.
• Power BI implementation experience is a strong advantage.
