Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a skilled Full Stack Web Developer with 5+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain robust web applications. You will build scalable contact data pipelines, collaborate across teams, and own end-to-end quality in a dynamic environment.

The role requires proficiency in React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, with experience in CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps, and cloud services (AWS).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant working experience in software development, preferably in full stack web development.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• Strong fundamentals in computer science including data structures, algorithms, programming skills and design patterns.
• Proficient in full stack development with React, Node.js and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with cloud services, AWS preferred.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable and efficient code in a collaborative environment.
• Experience with data lakes and large-scale data processing is a plus.
• Familiarity with record matching and deduplication techniques is a plus.
• Background in CRM or customer data platforms is a plus.
• Experience with Kotlin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications: write clean, scalable code to build software solutions.
• Build scalable contact data pipelines: data ingestion, deduplication, and segmentation logic at scale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: work with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver quality products.
• Participate in code reviews: ensure code quality and share knowledge across the team.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues: identify and resolve defects and performance problems.
• Implement automated testing and CI/CD: ensure reliability and automate testing and deployment.
• Documentation: create and document technical designs aligned with architecture guidelines.
• Integrate with downstream platforms: connect ContactSG with communication channels used by agencies.
• Stay updated with latest industry trends: continuously learn and apply new technologies.
• Act as a technical lead when required: drive technical direction and architectural decisions.
