Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced software engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications. You will build end-to-end data pipelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and own quality through CI/CD and automated testing.

The role requires 5+ years in software development, strong CS fundamentals, and hands-on experience with React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. Cloud, CRM, and data processing familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficient in full stack development with React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with cloud services, preferably AWS.
• Background in CRM, contact management, or customer data platforms is a plus.
• Experience with data lakes and large-scale data processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications with clean, scalable code.
• Build scalable contact data pipelines with robust ingestion, deduplication, and segmentation logic.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver citizen-centric products.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and share knowledge across the team.
• Debug and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues.
• Implement automated testing and CI/CD to ensure reliability and stability.
• Create and document technical designs aligned with architectural guidelines.
• Integrate ContactSG with downstream platforms and communication channels.
• Stay updated with industry trends and apply new technologies to improve products.
• Act as a technical lead when required to drive architecture decisions.
