SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain digital products that underpin government legal services.

This role emphasizes end-to-end feature delivery and GenAI initiatives, including LLM and RAG-based development, while upholding robust engineering standards. You will collaborate with technical leads and legal domain experts to ensure the reliability, security, and quality of essential systems, while adopting modern tooling

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience building large, high-availability systems.
• Experience in public sector or regulated environments is an advantage.
• Proficient in modern full-stack web development using JS/TS on frontend and TS/Python on AI backend.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, and RAG-based development.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure and IaC (Terraform).
• Experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines, specifically GitLab CI.
• Strong communication to explain technical rationale to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and delivery of software features; ensure robust, tested code.
• Maintain high engineering standards for secure and reusable systems.
• Participate in squad-level decisions and apply modern development practices.
• Adopt tools and practices to support collaborative engineering.
• Explain technical concepts to leads and legal domain experts; manage related work tasks.
• Support senior engineers in updating technical plans and roadmaps.
