You will own discovery, prototype with users, and iterate based on learnings. The role requires production-grade code across the stack (Python, TypeScript), cloud deployment, containers, CI/CD, and hands-on experience with agentic frameworks and SDKs such as LangGraph and OpenAI tools.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years engineering experience, with 3+ years in AI/ML engineering delivering production-grade LLM-powered products.
• Direct experience building products with end users: discovery, prototyping, and iterating based on learnings.
• Production-grade code across the stack: Python and TypeScript, cloud deployment, containers, and CI/CD.
• Hands-on with agentic frameworks and SDKs (LangGraph, Claude/OpenAI, OpenAI Agents), plus LLM evaluation tooling.
• Comfort working with senior professionals without a PM in the room and the ability to challenge a request when needed.
• Curiosity about how investment and operations work and willingness to learn the domain deeply.
• Clear communication with engineers and non-technical users alike, with calm, sound judgement under high stakes.
