Job summary

Visa in Singapore seeks a Senior Software Engineer for the Resolve Online program. You will help design, develop, and deploy web applications with GenAI capabilities, collaborating with a global team to transform dispute management through AI, ML, and conversational tools.

You should bring strong full‑stack skills, hands‑on experience with LLM frameworks, prompt engineering, and experience delivering enterprise‑grade software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Work independently on defined problems and features.
• Apply established architectural patterns with good technical judgment.
• Take ownership of code quality, testing, and production reliability.
• Integrate AI components and agents with internal/external APIs, business systems, and data sources.
• Develop GenAI workflows such as retrieval pipelines, RAG systems, orchestration graphs, and agent-based architectures.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and drive solution delivery in an agile environment.
• Translate functional requirements into clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Contribute to design discussions and document implementation decisions.
• Write high-quality, readable, and testable code aligned with engineering standards.
• Develop and maintain automated unit and component tests.
• Identify and address defects, performance issues, and reliability gaps.
• Participate in production releases and operational readiness activities.
• Work closely with Product Managers, DevOps, and peer engineers.
