Job summary

You will collaborate with Quality Engineers, UX Designers, Product Owners, and other engineers to deliver meaningful outcomes. Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and architecture experience.
• Experience leading technical delivery from design to implementation.
• Experience in cloud-based development and modern engineering practices (XP, CI/CD).
• Hands-on with Go, .NET, TS, Angular, and ReactJS.
• Analytical, problem-solving and strong communication skills.
• Collaborative in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with AWS deployment, Terraform, Docker or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with government agencies to build and iterate on high-quality digital products that solve real user needs.
• Collaborate within cross-functional product teams to deliver user-centred solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
• Translate business needs into scalable, user-centred technical solutions.
• Lead the architecture and system design for new features and external integrations.
• Coordinate with engineering and infrastructure teams to align on architectural decisions.
• Provide technical leadership to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to engineering standards.
• Develop clean, secure, maintainable, and well-tested code with proper reviews.
• Promote modern engineering practices and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and monitor production health for reliability.
