Job summary

AIM Global Talent is seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to support Singapore's government-related digital transformation. You will take technical ownership of multiple applications, combining hands-on development with architectural input to modernise legacy systems and ensure reliability across large public-sector platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on Full Stack Software Engineering experience.
• Backend API development, service integration, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience across multiple applications, technology stacks, and legacy codebases.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and application modernisation.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in Agile environments and strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple enterprise applications, including modern and legacy systems.
• Maintain and enhance platforms, lead migration initiatives, and improve engineering standards.
• Provide technical direction while remaining involved in development, troubleshooting and delivery.
• Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and ensure quality through automated testing and best practices.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with requirements.
• Ensure production stability, monitoring, and incident response.
