FPT Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced software engineer to design, develop and deploy secure, scalable full-stack applications and automation solutions for risk and compliance monitoring. You will translate complex requirements into configurable rules and automated checks, while ensuring human oversight for exceptions.

• Degree or tertiary qualification in a technical field (e.g., CS, SE, IT, electronics).
• 5+ years in software engineering, full stack or automation with multiple project lifecycles.
• Strong frontend and backend skills with modern frameworks and languages.
• Experience in cloud deployment and DevSecOps practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, deploy and maintain secure, scalable full stack apps and automation.
• Translate requirements into configurable rules and automated checks for compliance.
• Own end-to-end app development across UI, backend, data, cloud and workflows.
• Develop dashboards and reports showing compliance status and risk trends.
• Establish secure engineering practices including authentication, API security and testing.
• Explore AI-assisted capabilities to analyze documents and improve checks with oversight.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve solutions.
