About the Role

A public-sector digital transformation programme is looking for a senior full-stack developer to support the development and enhancement of modern web applications hosted on AWS.

This is a hands‑on engineering role suited for developers with strong Next.js, Type , and cloud deployment experience who enjoy working across both frontend and backend components in a collaborative Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js and Type .


• Build reusable React components and responsive user interfaces.


• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and cloud services.


• Support deployment and maintenance of applications on AWS.


• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and containerised deployment workflows.


• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimisation.


• Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and other developers to deliver production‑ready features.

Required Skills

• A minimum of 7 years relevant software development experience, with strong proficiency in Next.js, React, and Type .


• Experiences with Node.js and RESTful API integration will be mandatory


• Hands‑on experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, EC2, RDS, or CloudFront is also a must


• Familiarity with Docker and modern CI/CD practices.


• Good understanding of Git‑based development workflows.


• Any exposure to Kubernetes, Terraform, or AWS CDK, monitoring and logging tools or AI‑assisted development tools or coding assistants will be advantageous, but not mandatory.


• Experience delivering production‑grade enterprise applications.


• Strong hands‑on coding capability and practical cloud deployment experience.


• Good problem‑solving and debugging skills.


• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
