Job summary

Micron Semiconductor Asia Operations Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Engineer for the Frontend Central PIE team to develop optimal processes that achieve product maturity with focus on yield and speed.

The role requires deep semiconductor fabrication process knowledge across FEOL, MOL, CELL, BEOL and strong data-driven decision skills. Travel to Micron sites is expected for face-to-face collaboration, and the team will integrate AI-enabled insights to enhance daily work while adhering to standards

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a semiconductor/process-related role.
• Degree in EE, Materials Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or Chemistry.
• Good understanding of FEOL, MOL, CELL, BEOL and how changes affect yield and device reliability.
• Strong problem-solving with data-driven decisions and solid presentation skills.
• Proven track record of addressing root causes of structure/device issues.

Responsibilities

• Drive best-in-class product maturity focusing on yield and cycle time.
• Apply knowledge of FEOL/MOL/CELL/BEOL to select optimal integration solutions.
• Collaborate with YE, Device, RDA, Metrology to resolve yield issues and enable fast ramp.
• Identify and standardize best-known-methods across the network and drive alignment.
• Travel to Micron sites as needed for collaboration.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes.
