Job summary

ARTS HOUSE LTD. is seeking a Senior Venues Experience Officer to lead front‑of‑house operations for performances and events across our venues. You will ensure a safe, welcoming, and memorable experience for visitors while coordinating with event organizers and internal teams.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years in customer service or event management, and excellent communication skills. English fluency is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

Diploma or relevant qualifications with equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years in customer service or event management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to lead casual staff and teams.
Fluency in English; second language preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee front-of-house operations during events.
Lead ushers and coordinate patron assistance.
Manage on-site incidents and lost & found items.
Coordinate with internal teams and event hirers.
Prepare post-event reports and scheduling.
