Responsibilities

• Drive Dry Etch process and equipment performance through advanced data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage machine learning, statistical modeling, and generative AI tools to improve productivity, excursion response, process control, and engineering efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that integrate manufacturing, equipment, process, and business data to accelerate decision-making.
• Develop and deploy scalable analytics solutions to improve WPD, tool utilization, cycle time, and manufacturing cost.
• Partner with suppliers and internal digital teams to evaluate and implement next-generation AI technologies for semiconductor manufacturing.
