Ethos BeathChapman is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a newly created regional role focused on project finance and FP&A. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and project-finance reporting across three markets, at the intersection of planning and accounting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance with 4+ years in manufacturing/industrial/engineering finance, with hands-on FP&A and WIP/POC experience; MS Dynamics is preferred, regional exposure is a plus in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
• At least 4 years of finance experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering.
• Hands-on FP&A and project-finance experience with WIP and POC.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting and forecasting for three markets.
• Lead project-finance reporting and analyze WIP/POC and project margins.
• Bridge planning and accounting between FP&A and accounting teams.
