Sembcorp is seeking a Manager, Group Finance Planning & Analysis (Corporate Finance) in Singapore. You will support forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting for corporate entities and functions, and act as a Finance Business Partner to drive robust tracking of spend and recoveries.

Reporting to the SM, Corporate FPA, you will lead P&L delivery, assess financial implications of decisions, and ensure compliance with group policies while driving digitalisation and process improvements

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• CA, CPA or ACCA professional qualification preferred.
• 8–10 years in accounting/finance with 3+ years in Finance Business Partnering.
• Good knowledge of IFRS.
• Strong interpersonal skills with management levels across functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good knowledge in SAP and Tagetik.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Support Corporate Stakeholders in delivering P&L.
• Review monthly closing, rolling forecasts and periodic analysis.
• Lead budgetary control and capital expenditure management.
• Manage cash and treasury-related activities for corporate functions.
• Provide audits support and statutory financial statement review.
• Review corporate income tax computations and compliance.
• Drive digitalisation initiatives and process improvements.
• Align interests across functions and geographies; provide financial insights.
