Sembcorp is seeking an AVP, Group FP&A to lead planning, budgeting and forecasting at the Group level. You will partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into robust financial plans and drive analytics-driven decision support across functions.

The role emphasizes continuous FP&A process improvement, automation and people development, reporting to the Head of Group FP&A. A senior finance leader with 12+ years of FP&A experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA, CA, CPA or ACCA preferred.
• At least 12 years of progressive finance experience with significant FP&A exposure.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen; translate into actionable insights.
• Experience engaging senior management and presenting insights to executives.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end Group planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to support commercial, operational and strategic decisions.
• Drive analytics, automation and process improvements in FP&A.
• Coach and develop FP&A team members and build analytics capability.
