Job summary

Talenta Consultants seeks an experienced Finance Leader for a global automotive parts manufacturer. The role leads reporting, planning, and strategic finance across IMEA locations, partnering with F&C to drive performance and growth.

The ideal candidate has ACCA/CPA or equivalent and 8+ years in an MNC, with SAP FICO expertise and English & Mandarin fluency for HQ coordination.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification required (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 8 years finance experience within a Multinational Corporation (MNC).
• High proficiency in SAP ERP (FICO module required). Desirable knowledge in SAP modules: SD, MM, and EC-PCA.
• Proactive, 'can-do' spirit and highly self-motivated.
• Strong results orientation with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• English & Mandarin proficiency required for HQ communication.

• 1. Reporting & Business Analysis: a. Deliver regular business reports and actionable financial insights to guide management decisions. Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• 2. Planning & Forecasting: a. Lead and drive the budgeting and forecasting processes across all assigned IMEA locations.
• 3. Strategic Financial Partnership: a. Align financial strategies with company and Finance & Control (F&C) strategic goals. b. Serve as a supportive business partner to boost performance, manage risks, and aid global business development across functions.
• 4. Performance & Operational Improvements: a. Drive local financial optimization, including Gross Margin, operating costs, headcount (HC), CapEx, and GPG (Gross Profit Growth). b. Address differentiated management needs across IMEA locations, including local KPI setting. a. Support financial digitalization and automation initiatives to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency. b. Empower and elevate local financial capabilities across regional teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1. Education & Credentials: a. Professional accounting qualification required (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
• 2. Work Experience: a. Minimum of 8 years of finance experience within a Multinational Corporation (MNC).
