Responsibilities

Develop detailed work methods for formwork installation to meet structural tolerances for finish, levelness, and plumb
Calculate formwork and support material requirements to optimize logistics and minimize waste
Lead a team of 8-16 formworkers for high-precision assembly, propping, and alignment per specifications
Conduct pre-concrete pour inspections focusing on stability, water-tightness, and accuracy of dimensions and supports
Create and manage detailed schedules for formwork activities to align with rebar fixing and concreting trades
Enforce safety protocols for work-at-height, lifting operations, and formwork support stability
Collaborate with project managers, rebar foremen, and concreting foremen to resolve interface issues and design changes promptly
Apply problem-solving skills to address design changes and unforeseen site challenges as they arise
Adapt to dynamic site environments and complete tasks within scheduled timelines
