JIA HE CONSTRUCTION INSTALLATION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Formworker to join our field team. You will read and interpret drawings to shape formwork for concrete structures and ensure accurate dimensions for pouring.

You will select materials, cut and shape plywood, timber or metal, set up forms for beams and foundations, assist concrete pours, remove forms after the concrete cures, and maintain tools. You will also train and lead visiting workers to complete daily tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Ability to read drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of materials selection (plywood, timber, metal).
• Experience shaping wood or metal for formwork.

Responsabilités

• Read and interpret drawings to shape formwork for concrete structures.
• Determine materials and cut/shape wood or metal for forms.
• Set up forms for beams, stairs, or foundations and assist pours.
• Remove forms after concrete sets and repair damaged forms.
• Clean and maintain hand and power tools.
• Lead and train foreign workers; manage task division.
