Job summary

KAI SENG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Formworker in Singapore to prepare formworks for concrete structures. You will read blueprints to shape forms, select materials, and assist with pouring and finishing to ensure precise concrete installations.

Responsibilities include setting up forms, removing them after curing, and maintaining tools. Leadership of foreign workers and coordination of daily tasks are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret drawings/blueprints.
• Ability to determine materials and order supplies.
• Skill in measuring, cutting and shaping wood or metal.
• Experience setting up concrete forms and assisting pouring.
• Ability to remove forms after curing and perform finishing.
• Maintenance of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to create accurate formworks.
• Determine materials and order supplies for beams, stairs, or foundations.
• Set up wood/metal forms and assist concrete pouring.
• Remove forms after concrete dries and perform finishing, repairs as needed.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment used on site.
• Train and lead foreign workers and manage daily tasks.
