Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of five years of procurement experience, preferably in food manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong sourcing, quotations evaluation, and price negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute procurement activities aligned with production schedules and budgets.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate terms, and manage supplier relationships.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production, warehouse, QA, and finance to ensure timely materials.
• Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and documentation requirements.
• Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain supplier databases, contracts, and procurement records.
• Identify cost savings and process improvements across procurement activities.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure proper material flow and inventory optimisation.
