BeathChapman Pte Ltd in Singapore is recruiting a Senior Support Analyst (FIX connectivity) to own local FIX support for the cash equities desk and lead client onboarding from connection setup through testing and go-live.

You will work closely with traders, clients and regional teams to resolve FIX-related issues, manage deployments, and ensure robust trading connections with vendors and infrastructure partners on a typical trading day schedule.

Qualifications

5+ years in trading technology or application support with FIX expertise.
Experience in FIX production support and client onboarding/certification.
Understanding of cash equities and DMA/DSA.
Experience with FIX engines such as Cameron or Appia.
Strong troubleshooting: FIX messages, logs and connectivity.
Familiar with FIX testing/monitoring tools: VeriFIX, Kibana, Grafana, ITRS.
Experience working with trading desks and client‑facing onboarding or support, with clear communication.
Comfortable working on a trading floor and coordinating with overseas teams.

Responsibilities

Support daily FIX connectivity for the cash equities trading desk, resolving issues affecting electronic order flow and execution messages.
Handle client onboarding from connection setup through to FIX testing, certification and go-live.
Act as the local point of contact for traders and clients on FIX connectivity matters, providing clear updates through to resolution.
Work with infrastructure teams, vendors and overseas colleagues to set up and maintain reliable trading connections.
Deliver FIX connectivity changes and projects, keeping support procedures and documentation up to date.
