Job summary

Forte Employment Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive e-Trading Operations Analyst to support on binding FX trading workflows and onboarding. You will coordinate client maintenance, attestations, and compliance tasks within a high-availability environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, execution knowledge of trading lifecycle, and the ability to manage Velocity and FIX onboarding priorities while ensuring accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Banking or Finance, with understanding of FX market.
• Front-to-back trading lifecycle knowledge: execution, allocation, clearing & settlement.
• Experience onboarding and administering electronic trading users (e-Trading).
• Experience in e-Trading Client Services or Operations in high availability environments.
• Strong communication and written/presentation skills.
• SINGAPOREAN status.

Responsibilities

• Assist on the tail end of SFTS migration.
• Deliver Velocity client and user maintenance.
• Approve Domain Attestations.
• Deliver Pulse RTC requests, especially GTC ones.
• Maintain Click reports.
• Manage prioritization of FIX Onboardings.
• Manage the Velocity Issues list.
