Job summary

Asia Gulf Cloud is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to design, deploy, and govern multi‑AZ AWS infrastructure for a FinTech environment in Singapore. You will implement observability pipelines, IaC standards and operate Kubernetes clusters with a strong emphasis on security, availability and cost control.

You will also drive technical documentation, participate in DR drills, support after-hours incidents, and assist with audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandatory).
• 5+ years in infrastructure management roles, with at least 2 years managing production AWS environment for Fintech, banking or financial services.
• Deep knowledge of core AWS services: EKS, VPC, IAM, KMS, RDS, Transit Gateway, CloudWatch, AWS WAF.
• Advanced proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD, Github Actions, and scripting (Python, Bash, Go).
• Strong sense of responsibility, communication, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Extensive experience in ITIL-aligned practices (change, incident, problem management).
• Experience in highly regulated industries such as banking/fintech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy multi-AZ infrastructure to support high-availability architecture; participate in DR drills and chaos engineering.
• Build observability pipelines and automation tools for IT infra services in the bank.
• Define and improve infra service delivery via standardisations and IaC adoption.
• Manage infrastructure, operating systems and Kubernetes clusters with focus on security, availability and cost.
• Develop and maintain technical design documents, procedures and knowledge base.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours incident response and support.
• Backup role for DBA for basic database administration tasks.
• Assist on IT-related audits and assessments when required.
