Job summary

TotalEnergies Singapore Services (TESS) is seeking a domain finance professional to join our shared services team. The role covers monthly, quarterly and year-end financial accounting, reconciliations and reporting, with oversight of AP/AR and intercompany activities.

The candidate will hold a recognised accountancy degree, professional qualification preferred, and 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Professional accountancy qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA) preferred.
• 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience managing full-set accounts in a multinational or complex environment.
• Exposure to shared service operating models and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial accounts.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
• Record journal entries, accruals, provisions and adjustments.
• Manage AP/AR functions including invoices, payments and collections.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports for management and group reporting requirements.
