Job summary

FTI Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst in Singapore to bridge IT and business users, providing end-user support for TM1, Datamart, and Unit4 ERP. You will manage incidents, analyze data with SQL, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

You will own TM1 administration, work on enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting and processes while expanding your knowledge of IT and business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong SQL experience and data analysis skills.
• Experience supporting TM1, Datamart, and Unit4 ERP systems.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience with ServiceNow for end-user support and incident management.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and root-cause analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted technology partner by managing and resolving support requests for TM1, Datamart, and Unit4 ERP via ServiceNow.
• Own day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of the TM1 environment.
• Investigate and solve complex issues across financial systems, addressing root causes.
• Use SQL to investigate data, troubleshoot, and validate reporting and system results.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions by engaging non-technical users.
• Contribute to TM1 projects to improve functionality and user experience.
• Develop deep knowledge of technology and business to explain issues clearly.
