Job summary

FTI Consulting in Singapore is seeking a Senior Analyst in ITG to bridge IT and business units, provide end-user support for financial systems, and drive projects including integrations/ acquisitions.

The Senior Analyst will own TM1 administration, perform data analysis with SQL, and translate business needs into technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders, collaborating across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• General background in IT, Finance, Economics or Tax.
• Strong SQL and data-analysis capabilities.
• Experience with ERP systems and business applications.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted technology partner by managing support requests for TM1, Datamart, and Unit4 ERP via SNOW.
• Own the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of the TM1 environment.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues across financial systems and data.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions for non-technical users.
• Contribute to TM1 projects and enhancements.
• Develop deep knowledge of technology and business to aid users.
