Job summary

Tencent Finance is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Finance IT Management Department in Singapore. This role serves as a strategic partner between Finance and Technology, responsible for the design, configuration, optimization, and support of enterprise financial and planning systems within a modern cloud environment.

The Senior BSA leads requirements discovery, translates business objectives into scalable system solutions, and drives continuous improvements across finance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with enterprise financial or ERP platforms, including solution design and deployment.
• Strong understanding of finance and planning domains: core financial management, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, projects, expenses, and supplier management.
• Experience translating requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery and translate business objectives into scalable system solutions.
• Configure, test, and deploy enterprise financial systems in a cloud environment.
• Collaborate with finance leaders to improve processes, data models, and reporting.
• Drive system enhancements and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Support change management, user enablement, and post-go-live activities.
