The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with in-house experience in retail or F&B, translating complex data into actionable insights and influencing cross-functional decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in retail or F&B sector.
• Strong experience in marketing budget management and campaign ROI analysis.
• Solid understanding of pricing analysis, revenue and gross profit drivers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing to plan budgets, campaign investments, and pricing strategies.
• Monitor marketing budgets, track variances, and optimize spend efficiency.
• Evaluate ROI of campaigns and promotions, assessing commercial effectiveness.
