Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent.
• 7 years FP&A, consulting, or related experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and modeling in a multinational setting.
• Experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data.

Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic bridge between Marketing and Finance across regions to align narratives.
• Analyze brand equity, funnel conversion, and customer loyalty using cost- and value-based metrics.
• Pilot and scale AI solutions to automate core financial workflows.
• Mentor junior talent and foster a collaborative hybrid team culture.
• Execute high-impact analyses and rapid financial modelling for time-sensitive decisions.
