Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an Associate Director, FP&A for a global consumer lifestyle product MNC anchored by Singapore as its global HQ. You will report to the Head of Finance and partner with commercial, supply chain, and finance leads to drive sales performance and strategic growth.

With full P&L ownership, you will deliver data-driven insights, build robust business plans, and present findings to C-suites and cluster leaders to enable commercial excellence in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• At least 12 years of experience as a finance business partner in FMCG or fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales performance analysis and monitor results vs budget by brands, channels and country level.
• Lead complex business reviews with C-suites and cascade insights to cluster leaders to drive growth.
• Own P&L and create data analytics to deliver actionable business plans.
• Drive commercial excellence and alignment across commercial, supply chain finance leads.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will work closely with the commercial, supply chain and sub-cluster finance leads to provide sales performance analysis, monitor results versus budget by brands, channels and country level. You will drive complex business reviews with C-suites on a macro perspective from and cascade it down to the cluster leaders to achieve strategic business growth objectives. With full P&L ownership, you will create valuable data analytics whilst delivering straightforward business plans and drive commercial excellence.

skills and experience required

You should ideally be degree qualified with at least 12 years of experience as a finance business partner, preferably within fast-paced FMCG industries. You are agile with numbers and possess strong commercial acumen to drive meaningful and effective business outcomes. You are independent and comfortable working as an individual contributor.
