ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD is seeking a senior finance leader in Singapore to oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. The role partners with business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives while driving internal controls, audit coordination, and finance transformation.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in finance, professional qualifications, and experience in multinational environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
CPA/ACCA/CA/CMA or equivalent is advantageous.
At least 10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings with accuracy and timeliness.
Oversee preparation of financial statements, management reports, cash flow forecasts, and variance analyses.
Maintain and strengthen internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
Coordinate audits, tax compliance, and statutory reporting with external parties.
Lead, coach, and develop finance teams across regional operations.
Drive finance transformation, ERP enhancements, automation, and process standardization.
