Job summary

Kerry Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an accomplished finance leader to assume a senior role within the Finance organisation. Reporting to the CFO, you will drive financial strategy, governance and transformation across a complex matrix environment, partnering with senior leaders and the Board.

The role requires a broad range of expertise including FP&A, commercial finance, treasury and strategic planning, with a focus on succession and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Senior finance professional with end-to-end experience across FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering, controllership, treasury, transformation and strategic planning.
• Experience in global MNCs and Singapore-based organisations preferred.
• Strong ability to lead initiatives and balance governance with commercial objectives.

Our client is a large and established organisation with a fairly complex and matrixed operating environment. As the organisation continues to evolve and strengthen its finance capabilities, an opportunity has arisen for an accomplished finance leader to take on a senior leadership position within its Finance organisation.

Role

Reporting to the CFO, you will play a key role in providing financial leadership and strategic counsel across the organisation. This is a broad-based finance appointment requiring a strong combination of financial stewardship, commercial acumen and strategic thinking. You will work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to support business planning, financial performance and organisational priorities. Beyond the core finance agenda, you will lead and contribute to strategic projects and transformation initiatives, including the integration and optimisation of services and operations. Operating within a complex and highly matrixed environment, you will be expected to bring clarity to complex financial and business issues, translating these into concise insights and recommendations for senior management and Board-level stakeholders.

Requirements

You are an accomplished senior finance professional with broad-based, end-to-end experience across areas such as FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering, controllership, treasury, transformation and strategic planning. You bring multi-faceted experience across industries, business models and organisational cadence. Combined experience gained in global MNCs as well as Singapore based organisations will be highly advantageous. You bring a demonstrated track record of leading strategic initiatives and transformation, and have the ability to balance governance with commercial and organisational objectives. A confident and credible communicator, you are adept at engaging senior executives – including Board-level stakeholders – when required, with clarity and simplicity.
