Job summary

Sunningdale Tech Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to oversee end-to-end accounting, including costing, reporting, and tax compliance. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work within a manufacturing environment.

You will prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, support budgeting, and coordinate internal and external audits. A professional accounting qualification and at least five years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting with CPA/ACCA/CA or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP; manufacturing industry experience is a plus.

• Manage full spectrum of financial accounting (including costing), reporting, and audit matters.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly management and financial reports.
• Conduct financial analysis and manage annual tax and GST reporting.

Job description

• Review and manage the accounts payable & Receivables function.

• Oversee fixed assets and prepare monthly reconciliations.

• Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting activities.

• Support internal and external audit activities.

• Apply and provide accounting guidance on relevant IFRS requirements and Group accounting policies.

• Analyse accounting implications of complex transactions and business arrangements.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, with a professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or an equivalent qualification.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

• Demonstrated ability to work as a team player, with strong self-motivation and leadership qualities.

• Proficiency in financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, and financial modeling.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial software applications.

• Experience with SAP and in the manufacturing industry is an advantage.
