• Prepare monthly management dashboards for plant entities and quarterly group reporting slides.
• Review audit reports, budgets, tax packages, transfer pricing, and income tax computations.
• Verify and process weekly payment orders with complete documentation and accurate banking details.
• Support system activities including inventory code activation and master data changes.

About The Job

Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing monthly financial reporting packs submitted by overseas finance teams and ensuring timely submission to Group Consolidation. You will prepare monthly management dashboards for plant entities, providing detailed analysis of operational and financial performance, as well as quarterly group reporting slides. You will review annual audit reports, budgets, and tax-related information, including tax reporting packages, transfer pricing documentation, and income tax computations. In addition, you will verify and process weekly payment orders, ensuring complete supporting documentation and accurate banking details. You will also support system-related activities, including inventory code activation, master data setup, and verification of accounting master data changes.

Skills And Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification.
• Relevant years of accounting experience, including 2 years of hands‑on experience in the analytical review of financial accounts. A background in the manufacturing or industrial sector is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and compliance requirements, with experience reviewing financial accounts and reporting packages.
• Highly motivated self‑starter with strong analytical and organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to deliver accurate results within tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential. Familiarity with SAP Business One (SAP B1) and Power BI will be an advantage.
• Strong ownership of tasks and the ability to work effectively with regional finance teams to ensure timely reporting and continuous process improvements.
