Job summary

INVIVOS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior Executive – Finance to manage full set of accounts, assist in closing and reporting, and handle procurement and intercompany matters.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Accountancy and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with independence and meticulous attention to detail. You will work with MS Office and Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus; transport is provided to the workplace at 9 Perahu Road, Lim Chu Kang, S718793.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy is required.
• At least 3 years of experience as Senior Executive.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts and ensure timely closing.
• Prepare monthly/ yearly closing and management reports.
• Process monthly vendor payments and staff reimbursements.
• Handle procurement following the Procurement Policy and raise POs.
• Prepare GST and withholding tax reports for IRAS submissions.
• Prepare intercompany reports and consolidate quarterly analysis.
• Oversee fixed assets tagging and assist audits.
• Assist in ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Job description

Duties

• Manage full set of accounts


• Responsible for preparation and timely submission of monthly/yearly closing, monthly management report


• Process monthly vendor payment and staff reimbursement


• Handle procurement matter, ensure compliance with Company's Procurement Policy and raise Purchase Order


• Prepare quarterly GST report and withholding tax report for submission to IRAS


• Prepare quarterly OOE result by departments and half-yearly intercompany reports


• Responsible for year-end Intercompany transaction and reconciliation, stock take for inventory and biological assets


• Manage fixed asset tagging exercise and assist in interim and year-end audit exercise


• Assist in other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy


• At least 3 years of experience as Senior Executive


• Fast leaner, self-driven, meticulous and able to work independently with minimal supervision


• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage


• Fluent in written and spoken English
