Job summary

Our client is a leading manufacturing group in Singapore seeking a Group Financial Controller to oversee group reporting, consolidation and financial governance across regional operations. You will work closely with senior management to provide commercial insights that drive performance and strategic decisions.

Reporting to the CEO/GM, you will lead the finance function, manage a team, and drive robust governance, with visibility across the organisation and collaboration with external auditors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-entity finance operations.
• Strong IFRS reporting and consolidation capabilities.
• Ability to translate financial data into business insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance and accounting function across the Singapore HQ and regional entities.
• Oversee monthly group consolidation and IFRS reporting.
• Manage and develop the finance team with strong governance and controls.
• Prepare monthly management reports and board packs.
• Partner with stakeholders on margins, working capital, and cash flow.
• Lead annual statutory audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Monitor FX exposure, intercompany transactions and group compliance.
• Support strategic initiatives with financial analysis and business partnering.
