Job summary

You will partner with HO Finance in Europe, collect requirements from Asia and Europe, and document functional specifications to validate with business stakeholders. The role emphasizes accounting, liquidity management, regulatory reporting, and data reconciliation within a wealth-management banking context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 10+ years as a Business Analyst.
• 4
• Experience in finance/wealth management projects.
• Experience in full IT project lifecycle: workshops, testing, stakeholder management.
• Strong data quality, reconciliation, and mappings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze GL accounting impact on financial reporting within core banking systems.
• Collaborate with Group Finance to align requirements and data mappings.
• Organize workshops with stakeholders to assess business needs.
• Lead application impact analysis post-workshop.
• Document detailed business requirements and functional specs.
• Coordinate UAT and smooth transition to new systems.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• Manage project risks and stakeholder expectations.
