Job summary

SW FOODS INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Senior Account Executive / Account Manager to manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate billing and support timely financial reporting for management.

The role requires 2–3 years’ experience in finance, a Diploma or A-Level, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 5.5 days per week work pattern is expected. You will liaise with HQ, prepare monthly statements, and support AR/AP processes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Finance Executive
• Diploma or A-Level qualification required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work 5.5 days per week
• Positive, pleasant and responsible attitude

Responsibilities

• Process invoices promptly to ensure timely billing
• Amend invoices for pricing changes and credits
• Issue Credit Notes and Debit Notes to maintain records
• Manage cash flow and financial documentation
• Collect cash and perform banking reconciliations
• Respond to calls and provide finance admin support
• Liaise with headquarters on accounting matters
• Prepare monthly statements of accounts for customers and management reports
• Support AR and AP to maintain records
• Data entry and filing of accounting documents
• Assist month-end closing for accurate reporting
• Prepare documents for audits
• Manage petty cash and reimbursements
• Undertake ad hoc finance duties as needed
