Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage the full set of accounts, ensure IFRS compliance and support decision-making across the business. The role requires strong Excel skills, ERP experience, and a professional accounting qualification.

You will oversee general ledger, financial reporting, budgeting processes and liaise with auditors and regulators as needed. This is a on-site position in Singapore with standard working hours.

Qualifications

• ACCA or an equivalent recognized professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a full Accountant role with responsibilities in general ledger, financial reporting and month-end/year-end closing.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Singapore tax regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong skills in data analysis, financial reporting and spreadsheet management.
• Experience with ERP/ accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the full set of accounts, including the general ledger and AR/AP activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and tax submissions.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, banks.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams on financial planning.
• Maintain internal controls and risk management measures.
• Oversee inventory accounting and stock counts; investigate discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and ERP optimization.

Salary: $3,300 - $4,500

Job Description

• Manage and oversee the full set of accounts, including the general ledger, financial records and review of accounts payable and receivable activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, management reports and relevant sustainability-related reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to facilitate business planning and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and statutory requirements and support relevant tax submissions.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, banks, regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders as required.
• Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to support business operations, financial planning and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain effective internal controls, identify financial and operational risks and support appropriate risk management measures.
• Oversee inventory accounting and stock counts, investigate discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of inventory records.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, controls and reporting and support ERP/accounting system optimization and automation.

Job Requirement
