Job summary

KLA invites applications for a Regional Development Applications Engineer (SPTS) based in Singapore. You will perform field engineering and application activities for PVD thin film technology across multiple customer sites, collecting data, solving problems, and writing technical reports for internal and external use.

The role requires experience with PVD, Eth, and CVD process development, strong data-analysis skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with HQ teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in chemistry, physics, or related field.
• Experience with PVD, Eth, CVD processes is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%+ to regional sites.

Responsibilities

• Support customer escalations in the region with data-driven analysis.
• Develop and qualify PVD-related processes on-site at customer sites.
• Prepare technical reports for internal and external use and advise HQ teams.
